DNM Fees for Office Visits and Phone Consultations

Cancellation Policy

All appointments for new patient must be cancelled 48 business hours
(Monday through Friday) in advance or they will be billed. A first office visit with
either Dr. Patrick or Dr. Utter that is cancelled will be charged $90.00.

All appointments for established patients must be cancelled 24 business
hours (Monday through Friday) in advance or they will be
charged a full appointment fee of $90.00.

All visits with Carla Marie Toth, Lac. CMT must be cancelled 24 business hours
(Monday through Friday) in advance or they will be charged a full appointment fee.
